SATISFACTION GUARANTEED AND RETURN OF SALES AIDS

KOBO SPORT LLC, (hereafter referred to as the “Company” or “KOBO”) offers a one hundred percent (100%) seven (7) day money back guarantee, less shipping and handling charges for both Customers and Reps (Independent sales representatives). If a customer purchased a product or service and is not satisfied with the product or service, the customer may request a refund from their Rep.

Upon cancellation of the Pickleball Compensation Plan Agreement, the Rep may also return all generic sales aids purchased within one (1) year from the date of cancellation for a refund if he, she or it is unable to sell or use the merchandise. A Rep may only return sales aids he, she or it personally purchased from the Company under his, her or its Identification Number, and which are in Resalable Condition (as defined in the Glossary of Terms section of these Policies).
Any custom orders of printed sales aids (i.e., business cards, brochures, etc.) whereon the Rep’s contact information is imbedded or hard printed, or has been added by the Rep, are not able to be returned in Resalable Condition thus are nonrefundable.
Upon KOBO receipt of the products and sales aids, the Rep will be reimbursed ninety percent (90%) of the net cost of the original purchase price(s), less shipping and handling charges. The Company shall deduct from the reimbursement paid to the Rep and direct upline Rep any commissions, bonuses, rebates or other incentives received by the Rep and direct upline Rep which were associated with the merchandise that is returned.

A Rep may only return a Non-Commissionable Demo kit (Demonstration kit) he, she or it personally purchased from the Company under his, her or its Identification Number, and which are in Resaleable condition and in the original packaging at the Rep’s expense within 30 days and will be reimbursed 90% of the Rep’s cost. The 10% restocking fee defrays the company’s reasonable shipping and handling expenses.

If the purchases were made through a credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same credit card account.
