KOBO was created to change the structure of a pickleball company from typical top-down structure to a system of reward that allows anyone that shows up, works hard, to become successful and work in the sport they love.  

To reward those who hustle, coach and engage. Build collaborative relationships and share the opportunity to work at something they love to do everyday.

We design, build, and get high performance pickleball paddles into people’s hands on the court. We engage and spread positive energy player to player (P2P) while building a very big family network.  GET ON IT!
