For an item ordered from KOBO Sports:
When you click the 'Place Your Order' button, we will send you an e-mail acknowledging receipt of your order. Your contract to purchase an item will not be complete until we send you an e-mail notifying you that the item has been shipped to you. By placing your order, you agree to KOBO Sports privacy policy, terms of use and conditions and you agree to be contacted by email.

Your order will ship within 48 hours of receipt by our system. You can expect your order to arrive in 6 to 10 days from our warehouse shipping the order.

Within 7 days of delivery, you may return new, unopened merchandise in its original condition. Exceptions and restrictions apply. See KOBO Sports' Return Policy.
